Finely chop onion and garlic and transfer into a pan on a low heat: tomatoes, onions, olives, garlic, capers, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, chilli. Continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

Grill steaks for 4 minutes on each side in a hot griddle pan or hot grill.

Spiralise courgettes and add to a hot frying on for 1 minute just to heat them up.
