Finely chopped onions, cucumber & tomatoes.

Take a bowl add puffed rice (fuliyan), sev,cornflakes & channa dal....mix it well.

Add chopped onions, tomatoes & cucumber in that bowl.....toss it properly.

Now finally spread black salt, black pepper, chat masala … & lemon juice over it....toss it evenly. You can add chesse & cashews as per choice.

Serve spicy bhel puri with tea.
