Vegetable rice Served with spinach and brocolli soup

Boil 2 cup of water add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil add your rice and let it simmer on low heat. Set it aside.

Slice your capsicum into cubes and put them to boil in a large sufuria. After 5 minutes drain excess water then add your rice and mix well.

Fry one onion in a pan. Add your sliced tomatoes, salt and black pepper to taste. Add your spinach let them cook for about 8 minutes then set them aside.

For the Brocolli sauce.

Peel your potatoes and slice them thinly.

Fry your onion untill translucent add crushed garlic and a pinch of black pepper and salt. Then add the potatoes and keep stirring untill the potatoes are almost cooked.

Slice your brocolli into tiny pieces add them in stir well. Then add a half cup of water and let them cook for 7 minutes. Dont let your brocolli to overcook.

Remove from heat and pour the ingredients on the blender. Add your milk and blend till smooth.
