Boil the meat with half a glass of water till completely dry

Add cooking oil, cook till start turning golden brown

Add tomatoes and onions followed by salt mix well and let's it simmer till they form a paste

Add the other half glass of water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes

Add capsicums mix well and let it cook for a minute.

Ready to serve. You can serve with chapati, rice, ugali, noodles, spaghetti or anything else of your choice... Enjoy!!!
