1/4pumpkin
Salt
Ginger
50 mlmilk

Clean your pumpkin well, slice it into small pieces

Boil the pumpkins till they are well softened.

Pour your milk into the blender slice the pumpkin and add then to the blender season with some ginger and salt and blend to smooth consistensy.

You can enjoy as it is. Very nutritious.
