Peel and wash the potatoes. then place in a sufuria add water and salt.

Set to boil until soft then drain excess water and mash completely

When the mashed potatoes have cooled slightly start scooping as you roll into round balls

Break the eggs in a bowl and add crushed garlic then stir.

Deep the balls in the eggs and roll in the bread crumbs

Place oil in a frying pan to start heating

When the oil is ready start places the balls in to fry making sure not to crowd

When the potato fritters turn golden brown remove and place another until you finish
- 9
For the cabbage place onions in a sufuria add cooking oil and stir

Add tomatoes and stir for 3 minutes then add the chopped cabbage

Add salt and a little water then cover for 10 minutes then stir and serve.
