  • 6potatoes
  • 1Red pepper, chopped
  • 1Green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoonparsley
  • 5 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • pinch salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil potatoes for 30 minutes not too soft

  2. 2

    Peel the skin off

  3. 3

    Cut them into chunks add your diced peppers and mayonnaise,add salt for flavour

  4. 4

    Mix well,sprinkle parsley on top

  5. 5

    It is ready 😋
