Ingredients

  • 1 glassbasmati rice.
  • 1 katori chana dal
  • 1/4 tspjeera.
  • 1/4 tspajwain
  • to tastesalt.
  • 1 pc tej patta.
  • 1 pcdalchini.
  • 3 katoriwater
  • to tasteLal mirch.
  • 1 big tbsp desi Ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Rice ko 1/2 hr & Dal ko 2 hr bhigo de.

  2. 2

    Cooker mein ghee garam kar ke sabut masale dalde.

  3. 3

    Fir isme dal.namak mirch dal kar 2 katori pani ke sath 2 whistle aane tak cook karein.

  4. 4

    Khol kar rice & 1 glass pani daal kar 1 whistle aane ke saath hi khol kar garam garam serve karein. Ready to serve with dahi & achar.
