Ingredients

  1. 3 cupMaida
  2. 1 tablespoonDry yeast
  3. 2 tablespoonSalt
  4. 3 tablespoonOil
  5. 1cup Warm water or as needed
  6. For garlic spread
  7. 10 tablespoonUnsalted butter
  8. 12Garlic fat cloves grated
  9. 2 tspItalian seasoning
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 5 tablespoonCorriender leaves finely chopped

Steps

    Mix yeast and sugar with warm and set this for 5 minutes let it foam up.

  2. 2

    Take flour, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour yeast mix into the flour and mix well to a dough. Cover it with plastic wrap or damp cloth and set this aside for 1hour till it double in size.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients for garlic spread together till it form a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Roll the dough into a rough rectangle and spread the garlic spread over it.

  7. 7

    Now roll small ball spread garlic butter pizza seasoning chilly flakes origano chopped corriender greated cheese and paneer and fold it like and make petal of flower.

  8. 8

    Arrange this in a buttered baking pan leaving little space between each of them. Now cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 40 minutes.

  9. 9

    In the last 10 minutes of rising, preheat oven to 200 degree c°.

  10. 10

    Now place this in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Take it out and apply some butter over the top. So that it looks glossy and shiny.

    Use salted butter you can any herbs chilli flakes, pepper in the butter.
