To make marination take garlic, ginger, coriander and green chillies in mixer and make fine paste of it.

Add this paste in mixing bowl. In that add lemon juice, turmeric, kokam and salt. Mix it.

Pour this mixture on fish and gently massage it. Marinate this for 45-50 mins. Remove kokam after that.

For fish coating mix rice flour with samolina. Add redchilli powder, turmeric and salt in it and mix it.

Heat a pan and add little oil on it. Coat fish with dry mixture and put coated fish gentlg on tawa. And let it cook till down side gets nice brown crust... Turn it over and do the same thing. Add little more oil in case needed. Serve it with pudina chutney or just any sauce.
