Sunshaped garlic bread

Sunshaped bread is very easy to make the aroma fill the house with garlic and you just cannot control your self soft and fluffy from the insides and the perfect texture on the outside. Best to serve hot or warm with a cup of tea /coffee.

Warm the water add sugar to it and mix well. Add the yeast to it and mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes. It will froth and raise.

Take flour and make a dent, add water, oilve oil, salt in it and the yeast completely disolved in the milk. Mix and make a smooth dough, keep in warm place covered with a cling wrap for an hour.

Meanwhile prepare the stuffing. Grind all the stuffing ingredients together.

After an hour, the dough we prepared would have doubled in size. Take it again and just give it a gentle knead and make 3equal size balls. Roll it with rolling pin. Line a baking tray with alluminium foil, grease with olive oil and arrange the rolled chapati on it. Spread butter on it. Then another chapati on it again and butter and grind paste then again chapati over it.

Cover the central part with bowl and cut sides in equal parts.

Twist the cuts nicely and softly. And let it rise again for 1/2 hour.

Preheat the oven for 190° C. When the preheat is finished, by now the sunflower would have raised. Brush it with milk. Bake for 17-20 minutes or untill the top is brown.
