Simplest version of chicken pakoda with minimum ingredients and super yummy. Boneless Chicken cubes dipped in a flavour of lemon, coriander and egg.

Simplest version of chicken pakoda with minimum ingredients and super yummy. Boneless Chicken cubes dipped in a flavour of lemon, coriander and egg.
Steps

In a small bowl take chicken cubes add lemon juice, salt and chopped coriander keep aside for 10 mins.

In a separate bowl take 1 egg and whisk it well. Add chicken cubes to egg mixture and keep it refrigerated for 20 mins.

Now, take breadcrumbs in a plate. Remove the marinated chicken from fridge and roll the chicken cubes in breadcrumbs.

Add few pieces of chicken, coated with the breadcrumb, at a time. Fry until golden on all sides. Use a slotted spoon to gently turn every now and then.

When golden, remove it from the oil and rest on paper towels to soak excess oil.

Serve hot with mayo dip or tomato ketchup.
