Mumbai Style Pav bhaji
Steps

Take a frying pan add butter in it.

Add chopped onions and then saute till translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and stir it well and now add tomatoes.

Saute till tomatoes soften add capsicum and saute for 4 to 5 mins.

Add 2tbs red chilli powder, 1/2 tbs turmeric, 2 tbs pav bhaji masala, 1tbs gram masala and mix it well.

Add boiled potatoes, boiled peas and chopped brinjal add water and mash.

Add salt according to taste.

Add more water if required and mash more, now cook for 6 to 7 min.

Add coriander leaves.
