In a cooking pot put the diced potatoes then sprinkle salt

Add 1 jar of water

Cover with a paper then a lead or a sufuria

Put on a jiko then give it time to properly cook until soft

You can use a spoon to check if it's soft.

When ready trace them to cool before serving.

Best served with black tea or white
