Every day is a learning opportunity . When I got ugali from the previous day I try to make the best meal without breaking a bone.

Slice the tomatoes into thin round pieces.

Put them in a pan and add 3 teaspoonful of oil.

Cook until you get an even broth.

Break the eggs and mix it with the already mashed ugali.
- 5
Add a pinch of salt to the ugali and eggs mixture.
- 6
Pour the ugali and eggs mixture into the tomato broth.
- 7
Let it cook until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Our food is ready to serve. You can include some pieces of bread to make it a full meal.
