Beef Stew with Waru, Served with Rice and Saute kales
This is really satisfying.
Steps

Peel potatoes, cut onions, cut tomatoes, beef meat.

Boil the beef with salt.

Boil for 15 minutes. This depends on the toughness of meat.

When soft. Add in oil and diced onions. Fry until golden brown. Then add in tomatoes and stir until soft. Then add in potatoes.

Stir. Then add water and cook them until the potatoes becomes soft.

Then dissolve royco in 20mls of royco.

Add to the beef. Mix them. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
