Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 4fresh tomatoes
  • 3fresh pepper
  • 1bulb onions
  • 1/2cksp veg oil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspcrayfish blended
  • 2knorr cube
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small pot heat up water; wash rice once the water is boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender, turn off heat, wash rice and drain

  2. 2

    Dice onions, pepper, tomatoes and set aside; heat up pot add veg oil and a little salt, add onions and stir then add tomatoes and pepper and allow it fry through

  3. 3

    Once the tomatoes is dried up add knorr cube, crayfish and salt if necessary stir and add little water then pour in rice, stir and cover pot

  4. 4

    Once the water is dried up and the rice is tender turn off heat and serve

  5. 5

    Heat up frying pan and add teaspoon of veg oil; once the oil is hot, break egg into the frying pan and allow it fry through and flip over to the other side once it fry through

  6. 6

    Serve rice with fried egg.
