  • 1grated ginger

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a sufuria

  2. 2

    Add a cup of watet

  3. 3

    Add tea leaves and ginger

  4. 4

    When it starts to rise reduce heat then leave it to boil slowly until a layer is formed around it

  5. 5

    You can add sugar in the cup later on the table or as it boils

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
