1sliced onion
3chopped tomatoes
cooking oil

Turn on heat and place onions in a sufuria. add cooking oil and stir.

Add tomatoes and stir cover for a few minutes and the stir as you crash the tomatoes.

Add chopped kales and salt. add a little water and cover

After 2 minutes stir the kales until fully mixed.

Cover for 7-10minutes make sure not to overcook then serve with ugali
