Mix besan, oil,Salt and sugar. Add red chilli powder, lemon juice, curd and boiled water to make a paste.now add soda tak a container and pour paste in it.

Steem cook in it a pressure cooker it from 15 minutes. Keep it for cooking......khaman is ready.....

Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds, chopped green chilli, fry it few minutes. Cut the khaman into square pieces.

Spread fried green chilli and mustard seeds on pieces.garnish with green coriander levels and serve.
