Gee's potatoe casserole

I'm not sure if you've noticed, but I am a huge fan of hot/spicy food. If is not HOT is a No No for me, however you have the option to be a pro chilli or non pro 😂 my addiction is so bad that I carry small hot bottle sauce in my hand bag each time I'm informed or taken out to a restaturant "I got hot sauce in my bag swag" says Beyonce 😂😂😂 this dish is one of the popular traditional meal consumed in Australia if you live with your grandmother that is. Is made in different ways using either pasta, potatoes, beans--i have customised this recipe to make it mine and add my own twist to it. Hope y'all enjoy it as much as I did😄😘

Hey there. Welcome to my cookpad page where I will be sharing with you my colourful journey with modern African cuisines. My love for food began when I migrated from African to Australia in which I suffered from high level of bullying from my peers. I hail from the beautiful country of South Africa and Nigeria. As I am new to this page, I hope, with your support that I can independently navigated my way through the storm meet you all half way😊😋My style of cooking is a modern/contemporary African infusion, while maintaining my traditional ingredients. I also have an Instagram page @missgeeskitchen. I am available for catering businesses etc.
