place the springonion in a large non-metallic bowl with the coconut milk,crushed garlic, lime rind and juice coriander ,chillisauce and oil. Mix well season with pepper. Wash prawns and pat dry add to marinade, turning to coat. Cover with clingfilm and leave in fridge to marinate for at least one hour.

Preheat bbq or griddle pan. Drain the prawns reserving marinade. Thread the prawns onto skewers.Cook the prawns over medium heat brushing with marinade and turning frequently for 8 minutes or until they have changed colour. serve the prawns immediately, garnished with the lemon/lime wedges and chopped coriander.
