  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 4 ozsliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupchopped green onions
  • 4 eachchickn breast
  • 1/2 cupbacon bits
  • 1 cupmexican shredded cheese

  1. 1

    flatten chicken to 1/4 in. thickness. sprinkle with garlic and salt.

  2. 2

    in a large nonstick skillet, brown chicken over med. heat in oil for 4 minutes. turn.

  3. 3

    top with mushrooms, cheese, green onions and bacon.

  4. 4

    cover and cook 4 more minutes.

Delicious! Very moist, used turkey bacon - will definitely make again.
