  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • 1 spoonroyco
  • 4 glasswater

    Peel potatoes and cut into cubes

  2. 2

    Cut onions and tomatoes set aside

  3. 3

    Put oil in apan add onions and fry

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes mash put peeled potatoes and stir

  5. 5

    Add water and royco stir

  6. 6

    Add salt and cover it.

  7. 7

    Serve hot
