  • 1 packagesmozzarella sticks
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 packageranch seasoning
  • Canola oil

Steps

    Heat the oil.

  2. 2

    Cut cheese sticks in half

  3. 3

    Dust cheese sticks in flour.

  4. 4

    Dip in egg wash mix, mix the ranch seasoning in the breadcrumbs mixture

  5. 5

    Roll in bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Put in oil for 30 seconds or until crispy
