Impossible Pie Impossible Pie
This desert is called 'impossible' cos, while a runny mixture is poured into the cake pan, it is a 3-layered-pie that emerges from the oven. The bottom layer is pastry - like cos the flour and butter sink in the bottom; centre layer is like custard filling; top is slightly browned and crusty because the coconut floats to the top during baking. christine tan -
