Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8 ozCream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 8 ozCan of crushed pineapple, undrained
  4. 1 cupGrated coconut
  5. 1 cupChopped pecans
  6. 8 ozCarton of whipped topping, thawed
  7. 19-inch pastry shell

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together the softened cream cheese & sugar.

  2. 2

    Mix on high for 3 to 4 minutes

  3. 3

    Stir in crushed pineapple, coconut & pecans. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Carefully fold in half the whipped topping until well blended.

  5. 5

    Pile filling in crust & chill for 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Before serving add remaining whipped topping a garnish with a sprinkling of pecan.
