Mix all ingredients for filling together in a bowl.

Meltdown butter in a medium heat saucepan

Combine crumbs with sugar add butter when melted

Pour crust mixture into 9-inch springform cake pan, press down to form a crust, 1 inch up sides

Pour filling onto crust, bake 35-45 mins until center is firm, cool completely, transfer to plate.

Mix brown sugar & corn starch in previous saucepan.

Pour in corn syrup, stir constantly on medium heat until thick.

Remove pan from heat, add nuts & vanilla, let cool slightly.

Pour over Cheesecake, serve!
