  • 1smooth peanut butter
  • 1red apple, cored and sliced into eighths
  • 1Lemon, squeezed
  • 1miniature marshmallows

  1. 1

    Spread peanut butter on one side of each apple slice (squeeze a little lemon juice over the apple if not serving immediately).

    Place 4 to 8 (depends on the size of the apple) miniature marshmallows on one apple slice and then lay another apple slice, peanut butter side down, on top.

I made these for my son's class. They loved it! I was running out of time so no pictures but put the slices in ice cold water with lemon juice to help them from browning. I used caramel sauce to keep them together.
