Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrots, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1 large potato, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 4 cupschicken broth
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 teaspoonsalt, or more
  • 1 pinch of all spices
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch of curry
  • 1 pinch of cumin

  1. 1

    In a presure cook, put the carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, salt, all spices, paprika, curry and cumin then cook for 25 min. If you choose to cook in a pan cook until the carrots and potatoes are tender, approximately 35 min.

  2. 2

    Blend the carrots and potatoes with some of the stock to have a smooth and runny consistency.

  3. 3

    Return to a non stick pot, add milk and orange juice. Warm up and enjoy!
