Ingredients

  1. Salt and Pepper potatoes--------
  2. 1large potato
  3. 1/2 cupbacon drippings
  4. 1-1/2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  5. To tastesalt
  6. To tasteground black pepper
  7. Bacon----------
  8. 1/4 poundBacon
  9. Cheesy bread----------
  10. 1 poundfried pie crust see my recipe
  11. 1-1/2 poundmozzarella cheese shredded
  12. Eggs--------------
  13. 5large eggs beaten
  14. To tastesalt
  15. To tasteground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Make the dough into balls

  3. 3

    Spread the dough into a disc fill with cheese

  4. 4

    Enclose the cheese inside the dough

  5. 5

    Move to an oven safe dish

  6. 6

    Move the bacon to a paper towel to absorb excessiexcessive amounts of oil

  7. 7

    Bake in oven till done about 12-15 minutes

  8. 8

    Fry the bacon and save the drippings add a little oil if necessary. Slice the potato

  9. 9

    Fry in the drippings

  10. 10

    Move to a bowl with seasonings

  11. 11

    Then move to a paper towel add cheese and break up a little bacon on top

  12. 12

    Fry the eggs plate everything and serve

  13. 13
