Easy stir fry purple cabbage

I don't like complicated cooking. You can also use white cabbage if you like. Purple cabbage will make rhe dish turn blueish.
I use smoky and cheddar sausage, the cheese will give a bit of milky water when you heated them up.
You can added in cut chilli if you want it with a spicy kick!

Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. Purple/red cabbage
  2. Baby corn
  3. Sausage
  4. Japanese toasted sesame (irigoma)
  5. Flax seed
  6. mushroom powder and pepper
  7. Garlic
  8. Sesame oil
  9. Egg optional

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat up sesame oil in a pan and put in garlic. Saute until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Throw in baby corn. Stir fry until you can see a slight change of colour

  3. 3

    Throw in sausage.

  4. 4

    Throw in purple cabbage

  5. 5

    Sprinkle pepper and mushroom powder as you like.

  6. 6

    Saute until cabbage is a bit soft but still crunchy.

  7. 7

    Top up japanese sesame and flax seed if you like!

  8. 8

    I made scrambled egg after finished to cook this using same pan. It will be a blue scrambled egg.

A lazy cook. My recipe consist of cutting and stir fry. That's it :)I don't measure my spices unfortunately so you can always put and taste it according to your taste bud.I rarely use salt because my mother found this mushroom powder that will give you savory flavor but not like MSG.
