Cooking Instructions

Chop raw bacon slices and onion.

Add to hot pan (must be large ).

When onion is cooked (appear golden colored and transparent), add washed collard greens to pan.

Toss everything together making sure collards are mixed well with the bacon grease.

Continue to toss occasionally, DO NOT OVER COOK COLLARDS!

When done, take pan off stove, add some freshly ground black peppe to taste.
