Ingredients

5 minutes
5 ounces jar
  • 3-4Serrano pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2sugar

    Slice the Serrano peppers.

    Place the sliced peppers in a jar.

  3. 3

    Pour rice vinegar or vinegar of your choice into the jar, ensuring the peppers are submerged.

  4. 4

    Close the jar and gently shake it to combine.

  5. 5

    Store the jarred peppers in the refrigerator. They will be ready to consume the following day. The shelf life is approximately two months.
