In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Beat egg yolks, sugar, into the cream cheese.

Gradually fold in the egg whites.

Heat a large skillet, and grease lightly with butter.

pour in a little of the pancake batter, and flip until golden Brown, don't rush.

Can be served with butter, fruits, jam, whipped cream, honey, or syrup.
