Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 packages8 oz. each cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 14 oz. can chopped green chiles
  • 2 ozcanned diced jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped or 2 oz. fresh jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 cupshredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1chopped green onion for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except green onion and mix well.

  2. 2

    Place in slow cooker for 4 hours. If you are in a rush, place in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or sliced french bread.

Took this to a family get together. Everyone loved it. I set some aside to use as filling in stuffed bacon wrapped chicken. Delicious!
