shred cabbage and carrot,place in large bowl. Chop apricots,walnuts and hazelnuts roughly,add parsley, raisins,cranberries and grapes. In separte bowl mix yogurt and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.Add the mayonnaise mixture to cabbage and toss together. Cool for at least one hour.
