Steps

boil a pot of water for your shells. while that's boiling , heat a shallow pan with olive. oil. cook ground sausage

mince garlic, chop spinach add to sausage. use about as much spinach as you want. we will add more spinach later.

once meat is finished add to a mixing bowl. be sure to chop any chunks of sausage. add ricotta more chopped spinach sale pepper both cheeses and 1/2 spaghetti sauce

preheat oven 350 . now drain shells and grease large baking dish and add spaghetti sauce to The bottom about 3 tablespoons.

let shells cool. now mix together your ingredients in the mixing bowl. once shells have cooled start stuffing. your shells with your mixture. and then add to the baking dish.

this will take some time, you'll get to a point like why did I even start this shit. but then your almost done and then you regret that. so now once all stuffed (finally) cover with cheese and sauce.

bake 20 minutes covered and then uncovered 10 minutes to slightly brown.
