Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbthin sliced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 lbchopped ham
  • 1 mediumonion sliced thin
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 dashsat&pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    in a 9×13 baking dish layer first 3 ingredients

  3. 3

    season with salt & pepper

  4. 4

    top with butter and soup

  5. 5

    cover and bake at 350° for 60-90 minutes...until ham is cooked and potatoes are tender
