Bring milk to boil. slowly add diluted vinegar in water in boling milk.

Now when milk separates it chenna. drain it. and keep chhena water aside.

Now take chhena in a bowl. do not worry if it is not completely dry. now add 3/4 cup sugar and rava mix well with hand.

Now add little Chennai water and make it like cake consistency and now add ghee and cardamom powder.

Mix 1 tsp of baking powder.

Greece a cake tin and bake for almost 1 hour at 170° c until uper layer of cake become brown.

Cheek with toothpick after hour, if toothpick do not come clean. bake more 10 min.

As soon as toothpick come clean chhena poda is ready. Sever hot.
