3 cloveminced garlic
1 1/2 cupheavy cream
3 tbspminced fresh parsley and basil
1/2bell pepper thin sliced if desired
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
1/2 cupdiced onion
128oz can italian style plum tomatos drained and chopped

heat pil in large saucepan add sausage and red pepper flakes and cook until browned stir in onion and garlic and pepper if using cook until tender add tomatoes and cream and salt and peppet to taste simmer until thickened 8 to 10 min add cooked pasta to sauce and parsley and basil and heat through

“Fenway” passed away on 2/3/2021. For the last year she tried to teach her husband of 42 years how to cook like her. Although I will never be as good of a cook as her she did pass on her passion for cooking. Therefore, I will attempt to carry on her legacy and maintain/update her site. My wife was a Registered Nurse, a licensed deep water aerobics instructor, a mother to our 2 children and a fantastic cook. We grew up in New England but have been fortunate to live all over the US. I am now retired, missing her terribly, but thankful for all the years we had together and all her cooking lessons.

Awesome! This is one of my new favorite meals! I didn't have the Italian seasoned tomatoes so I threw some of my own Italian seasonings in. Turned out great!
