Ingredients

  1. 4Fish Fillets( I like to use Tilapia)
  2. 2/3 cupPanko Bread Crumbs
  3. 1/3 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  4. 1 tspGarlicPowder
  5. 1 tspOnionPowder
  6. 1/2 tspBasil
  7. 1/4 tspPepper
  8. 1/3 cupMilk
  9. 1/4 cupMelted Butter
  10. 3 tbspCanola Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 400* F, Add 3 tablespoons of oil to a baking dish large enough for the fillets to fit into coating the bottom of the dish with oil

  2. 2

    Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and pepper together, mix well

  3. 3

    Place milk in a dish large enough to place one fillet at a time, make sure to coat the whole fillets with milk

  4. 4

    Place bread crumb mixture in bowl large enough to place one fillet at a time, Dredge the milk coated fillets in the bread crumb mixture, making sure all sides are coated, place in prepared pan, repeat for remaining fillets

  5. 5

    Drizzle the melted butter over the fillets, Place in oven for 15-23 mins, Fish is done when it is white and flaky

I love being in the kitchen and My hubby and I love riding bikes! We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids
