My son's and grandkids really like me to make these a lot

It's like eating a chocolate covered marshmallow or a smores with out the graham cracker. You get a rich chocolate brownie base and a melt-in-your-mouth light as air toasted marshmallow topping.

I have to admit this is not my creation. I found a recipe online a while back tweaked it a little and came up with the most amazing tasting brownie frosting! You cannot go wrong with this frosting. My daughters classmates are so obsessed with it they request me to make them for their birthday. Try it out!

These were such a hit! I don't usually like cream cheese frosting but on these it was to die for!

We had a bunch of bananas that were too ripe to eat and we were tired of banana bread. So I threw them in our brownies and whipped up a frosting to go with. If you're allergic to nuts you could omit the peanut butter or replace it with cookie butter...yum.

I was trying for a refreshing way to lighten up our favorite brownies for a summer treat. The light cool chocolate peppermint mousse frosting was perfect! I made this first batch for a work function and they were gone in minutes!

pretty good! the rootbeer does not overpower the chocolate and is well balanced!
