Ingredients

2 cupAll purpose flour
1/4 cupoil for dough
1 tea spooncarrom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 tea spoonsalt or according to taste
1/2 cupwater
Oil for frying

Knead a hard dough and let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes.

Make thin Chapatis of 1/4 centimeter and cut them into sqaures or desired shape.

Fry them on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
