Ingredients

  1. 2 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupoil for dough
  3. 1 tea spooncarrom seeds (ajwain)
  4. 1/2 tea spoonsalt or according to taste
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a hard dough and let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes.

    Make thin Chapatis of 1/4 centimeter and cut them into sqaures or desired shape.

    Fry them on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
