In kadhai add oil and heat it. Reduce flame to medium and add mohri, jeera, hing, curryleaves, chopped green chilli and saute it.

Later add chopped onion and cook it till it become soft. Add turmeric, red chilli powder mix it.

Crack eggs on top of it and put lid on for 1 min. After 1 min scramble egg with onion mixture add salt and coriander and let it cook for 3 mins on low flame. Once cooked serve it with roti.
