3 servings

2medium sized fried tilapia fish
3tomatoes
1/2diced onion
Cooking oil
Salt
1little water for soup
1 tsproyco

Steps

Add onions and cooking oil in a sufuria and heat then add tomatoes.

Add the water to make soup. Add salt and royco.

Dip the fish in the soup. Make sure the fish is covered by the soup a little bit.

Cover and steam for some few minutes.

Cool then serve warm with Ugali
