Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 gwheat flour
  • cooking oil
  • coriander
  • Irish potatoes
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and slice thinly

  2. 2

    Mix the flour with one cup of water then add coriander

  3. 3

    Marinate the chopped potatoes UN the flour for 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil then deep fry as you turn both sides

  5. 5

    Serve with tomato sauce. Enjoy
