Ingredients

  • 500 gliver
  • 1spring onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 cupwater
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chopped liver into cooking pan. Add a cup of water. Add salt. Bring it to boil and let the water to drain

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil and fry for 3-5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the onions fry for 5minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and fry for 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve while hot

  6. 6

    Can be served with Rice, Ugali, Chapati
