place eggs in pot and add cold water, cover tops of eggs by 1 inch of water, add 1 tablespoon of oil, turn heat on high

when eggs come to a boil, boil for 2 minutes, put on lid, remove from heat(do not remove lid), let sit for 12mins, then run cold water into pan until eggs are cool

peel eggs, slice in half (longwise), set whites aside, put yokes in a bowl
- 4
add all ingredients, stir until it is very smooth, then put in pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off and fill the egg whites, and sprinkle with paprika if you like
