3/4 cupsugar
3/4 cupBisquick
1/4 cupgreen crème de menthe
3eggs
16 ozcream cheese, softened
1/4 cupmini chocolate chips
1/2 cupwhipping cream
1 cupmini chocolate chips

preheat oven to 350

grease & flour 9 inch pie plate

mix first 5 ingredients with electric mixer

gently incorporate the 1/4 cup chocolate chips

pour into pie plate

bake for 35 minutes, then cool for 45

in sauce pan, combine last 2 ingredients to make ganache

stirring constantly until smooth

spread chocolate over cooled cheesecake

refrigerate for at least 3 hours, covered

no crust needed as it makes it's own. there is no alcohol taste, just minty goodness

oh my gosh! so delicious! my hubby who isn't even a big chocolate fan totally liked it! our dinner guests were in love!!! I didn't have cream de menthe ... so I just used about a teaspoon of peppermint extract and green food coloring .... awesome :ohyeaah
great texture and flavor!
