Baked Crab Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 packagescream cheese (8 oz.) @ room temp
  2. 2 cupsour cream ( 16 oz )
  3. 3 cancrabmeat, drained (6 oz. cans)
  4. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  5. 3green onions, finely snipped
  6. 1paprika or old bay - to taste
  7. 1lemon - sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350º

  2. 2

    In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Add sour cream, mix well.

    Fold in crab, shredded cheese & finely snipped green onions.

  4. 4

    Place mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika or old bay.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

    Slice lemons. Serve with bread or crackers & lemon slices. I prefer this with fresh lemon juice - but others don't- so I always keep the lemon on the side. Enjoy....psychobetty...XOXO
